Managing Director Jerry Wood has been in the recruitment business since January 2000 when he formed Beaumont Wood.

Prior to establishing Beaumont Wood, Jerry had a long-established career in building product and specification sales roles in market-leading companies such as Consort Systems and Heuga Carpet Tiles. His dedication and work-ethic saw him manage various specialist sales teams, lead an internal recruitment and training department, and ultimately a head of marketing position.
