Right now they are hiring an experienced sales team manager with a flooring background (primarily on the contract / commercial side). With an established sales team, the role is to cover the full range of management disciplines from hiring, training, developing, supporting, monitoring etc!

You will be located somewhere in the Midlands or along the M62 corridor, and happy to travel across this region regularly. Managing the business in Northern Ireland will also fall under your remit.
