Sales Manager
This is a great chance for you to move into sales team management if you are an experienced salesperson who has not yet managed a team! If you have team management experience already, that's fine too of course! The foundations of our client were laid in the late ‘60s in the Northern part of Italy – a region at the skirts of the Apuan Alps, known for its impressive marble quarries and other natural stones. The area sustains a community of stone manufacturers, factories and artisans. And, for the past 50 years, our client has proudly represented some of the oldest establishments in the region. Today they comprise the largest factories and manufacturers in Italy, Portugal and the Balkan Peninsula. They are leading specialists in terrazzo, porcelain and natural stone surfaces and one of the largest suppliers in Great Britain. They’ve worked closely with the architects and firms in charge of projects, such as Heathrow and Gatwick International Airports, Victoria and Albert Museum, Royal Academy of Arts and other iconic sites and buildings. Our client services a commercial and residential customer base, predominantly in London and the southeast. The mid-term plan for our client is to substantially improve the cost basis, implement modern systems and processes and fast grow the business organically as well as through add-on acquisitions.
