Leading brand of luxury architectural hardware require an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to continue our expansion and growth.
Responsible for developing new and existing relationships, meeting performance targets and generating growth. A highly motivated individual is required to be hold a pivotal role in an exciting forward-thinking company.
The Candidate should be :-

·Able to deliver strong market growth through the identification of new customers and market opportunities.
·Able to maintain and build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Architectural Ironmongers, and other customer segments.
·Disciplined with excellent organisational skills, with the ability to create and develop and execute sales strategies.
·Able to build partnerships and present at various levels. Confident to achieve results using a consultative, sales-based approach.
·Excellent in commercial negotiation and sales techniques befitting a luxury brand.
·A team player, able to work proactively with the internal sales, marketing, design and production departments.
This role will be primarily external and covers the UK and Ireland, HQ in West Midlands.
An excellent basic salary, circa £45,000 – £50,000
Bonus structure with realistic opportunity to earn an additional 10%
