Ideally you will:
•Have experience / a strong interest in interiors and / or textiles brands.
•Have experience in managing and developing direct reports.
•Have experience in executing marketing strategies.
•Have experience in planning, executing and analysing product launches utilising the full marketing mix.
•Have experience in managing and producing marketing content for printed publications, websites, video, press releases, newsletters and social media.
•Have experience in curating clear and concise creative briefs for agencies to work to.
•Have experience in creating and implementing the content marketing calendar and development, updating and maintenance of content for the website and social media – in close collaboration with key stakeholders and supporting agencies.
•Have experience in managing and analysing various social media accounts.
•Be data driven and can comfortably analyse, monitor and report digital marketing data relating to the website and social media.
•Have experience in managing photoshoots.
•Have experience in planning, executing and measuring events.
•Work well yet accurately under pressure to tight deadlines.
•Be a team player, have a good sense of humour and strong communication skills.
•Possess strong project management and organisational skills, liaising confidently with the marketing team and the wider product team.
Qualifications required for the Marketing Manager position:
•You should have least 6 years of experience in a marketing role.
•You should be degree educated, or equivalent, in marketing.
• You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) .
•A full UK driving licence
