- Strategic development of the DIY/multiples sales channel in the Sales International division
- Matrix management of national salespeople DIY/ Multiples in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers.
- Independent and proactive business development of key accounts
- Acquisition of new customers
- Responsibility for sales development, portfolio management and margins of the channel
- Screening of market development and industry trends
- Creation of reports
- Participation in international trade fairs and in-house exhibitions
- Growth targets for the International markets in DIY channel.
- Contribution and profitability of the markets.
- New customers in this channel in these geographies
IDEAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies or comparable training with practical experience.
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, Knowledge of French, Spanish or other foreign language an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years’ of solid leadership experience in Sales DIY/ Multiples.
- Experience in team leadership with geographic distance in an international context.
- Experience and network in the DIY/multiples channel, industry experience an advantage
- Management experience in the translation between market requirements and proprietary processes
- Technical know-how and consulting expertise
- Confident appearance, negotiation skills and independent working style
- Willingness to international travel
