JOB ROLE
Knowledge of products and/or industry would be advantageous, but training will be given
·You will be responsible for helping customers and distributors with answering questions on our range of building products including, wall insulation, mortar, render and plaster.
·You will coordinate all product enquiries, dealing with customers by phone and email, supported by senior technical staff, who will provide the relevant guidance.
·You will be helping to give product advice and co-ordinating support on projects nationwide
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
This role is ideal for a candidate with experience and knowledge of working within the building material sector and/or having worked within construction.
The company’s focus is on finding the right individual, further training will be provided.
You will also:
·Demonstrate proven experience working within a product support environment.
·Have good communication skills and be numerate.
·Be a good team player.
·Be able to work on your own initiative and have good organisational skills.
·Be able to work towards resolving customer problems and maintain high standards of customer care.
·Live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK.
