This is a new role, and is part of a fast growing and successful internal sales team. You will have an opportunity to develop this role and the systems required to make it a success too!
Here the detailed requirements:

·Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand lead generation strategies and sources.
·Develop and implement an efficient process for capturing, organising, and distributing leads from various channels, including the company website and external sources.
·Maintain accurate and up to date records of leads, interactions, and progress within the CRM system.
·Assist in the qualification and categorisation based on predefined criteria.
·Work closely with the sales teams to ensure timely follow up on leads, providing necessary information and support.
·Analyse lead data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of improvement in the lead conversion process.
·Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimise the lead nurturing process, including the creation of relevant communication materials.
·Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall conversion rate of leads.
·Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, conversion rates, and process improvements to the management team.
·Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in the industry.
·Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance skills and knowledge related to lead management and CRM systems.
·Proven experience in project administration, lead management and capture.
·Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
·Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead management/pipeline software.
·Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross functionally.
·Results oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
·Adaptability to a fast paced and evolving work environment.
·Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
·Any specific technical skills related to the role, or a specific software involved with the role.
