As an Architectural Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in influencing and driving the product positioning of our client’s product offerings with residential architects. This position is a blend of sales, relationship management, marketing outreach, and sales process, requiring a deep understanding of residential architects and construction industry. This role is crucial in influencing the perception of our clients’ products with residential architects and construction community. The Director, Sales – Architecture Development will contribute significantly to our client’s growth by ensuring their products are well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of architects.

In this Regional Sales Manager (Director level role) you will have the responsibility to expand, manage and develop the Californian region’s dealer/distributor network, creating pull-through sales and channel sales to achieve sales targets. You’ll lead the region’s dedicated sales force to ensure effective territory management, relationship enhancement and sales goal achievement and be responsible for management and success of the dealer network at the executive and upper management level, as well as developing and managing the region’s dealer partners.
